Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Primary Care MA/CMA/RMA to join a dynamic healthcare team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role involves both administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician or Clinical Director. The position is full-time and onsite, ensuring patients receive high-quality care and service in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The CMA/RMA assists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing various tasks essential to the smooth operation of the medical office. Responsibilities include:


Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records and filling out paperwork for DME. Clinical duties may include preparing treatment room for patient exams, recording patient medical history, and cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment.

  • Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required; Properly disposes of contaminated supplies
  • Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.)
  • Take telephone messages, performing triage and providing feedback and answers to patient/physician or NP/pharmacy calls.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
  • Interviews patients to obtain their medical history.
  • Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files.

Qualifications

  • CMA or RMA certification OR associate's degree in medical assisting is required.
  • High School diploma, AA preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Medical Assisting
  • Eager to grow in a primary care setting

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Details

Salary: $17 - $21 per hour

This position is primarily focused on primary care and requires working in person in a professional office environment.
